Tracking your order 

Once item is dispatched, an email will be sent with your tracking link so please add your email address to your order.

*Please note we will try everything possible to ensure your gift arrives on time, however, we cannot always guarantee you will receive your order on a particular date or in the time frames listed above this is just an estimate as we do sometimes have delays with NZ Post.

RETURNS 

To request a return, please contact us through our website 

• Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns. 
• There is no re-delivery fee for exchanged items delivered within New Zealand. 

• The purchase price will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• Any items purchased on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions. 

Please ensure the below is followed for your return to be processed: 

• Item is returned within 7 days of purchase date. 

• The returned item is unused and undamaged with original packaging. 
• Returned item is not a customised and/or personalised and/or made-to-order item.
